MewSticker Terms of Service

- MewSticker supplies digital tools for AI-assisted sticker design, editing, layout and export.
- Purchases through this service cover digital access, subscriptions, credits and software features; the checkout does not sell or ship physical goods.
- Features, models, prices and availability may change to keep the service reliable, secure and commercially sustainable.
Accounts and security
- Users are responsible for securing account credentials and for activity performed from their accounts.
- Accurate information is required when signing up, purchasing, requesting support or resolving billing issues.
- Accounts may be restricted for terms violations, abuse, billing circumvention or safety and legal risk.
Billing, credits and subscriptions
- Credits and subscriptions are digital entitlements inside MewSticker. The recorded balance, subscription state and consumption history determine product access.
- Subscription, purchased and promotional credits may follow different periods and usage rules shown in the billing interface.
- When a Creem hosted checkout is selected, Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ) processes the transaction as the merchant of record and handles payment, applicable taxes and invoicing. Review the Creem Buyer Terms before purchase: https://www.creem.io/buyer-terms.
- Purchases made in the Mac or iOS app are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple controls the displayed local price, renewal, cancellation and eligible refund flow for those transactions.
- Deleting a MewSticker account does not cancel an active Apple subscription. Manage or cancel that subscription separately in the App Store account settings before deleting the account.
- Refunds are reviewed individually. Approved refunds may revoke or adjust related credits, access or promotional balances.
Generated content and user responsibility
- Users remain responsible for prompts, reference images, generated assets, downloads and any commercial or public use.
- Do not submit private images, copyrighted materials, trademarks, likenesses or confidential information without the required rights.
- Generated results can be imperfect, similar to other works or unsuitable for a specific use and must be reviewed before publishing, selling, printing or distributing.
Content safety and prohibited uses
- Do not request, upload, create or distribute NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, exploitative or adult content, especially anything involving minors or ambiguous age.
- The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms. Attempts to bypass moderation or repeatedly submit prohibited content may result in blocked requests or account restrictions.
