MewSticker Privacy Policy
Learn how MewSticker handles account data, creative inputs, generated assets, billing information, analytics and privacy requests.
Back to the sticker workspace ChineseInformation we collect
- Account information such as email address, display name, user ID, sign-in status and security settings.
- Creation inputs such as prompts, style choices, layout settings, reference images and generated results needed to supply the requested workflow.
- Billing records such as order and subscription state, credit balance, invoices, payment-provider references, refunds and support history.
- Usage and diagnostic information such as page events, checkout events, browser or app version metadata, errors and abuse-prevention signals.
How we use information
- To operate MewSticker, generate assets, sync credits, deliver downloads and answer account or product support requests.
- To process purchases, subscriptions, cancellation, refunds, invoices, fraud checks and applicable tax or compliance duties.
- To detect abuse, enforce the Acceptable Use Policy, protect the service and improve reliability through aggregated analytics.
AI processing
- Prompts, reference images and generation settings may be sent to selected AI or infrastructure providers only as needed to provide the requested feature.
- For Web and Mac image generation, each user-supplied text prompt is sent to the Creem Moderation API before the request is queued, billed or sent to an image model. Flagged or denied prompts are blocked, and generation is also blocked when screening is unavailable.
- Generated assets return to the browser or app for editing and download. MewSticker does not claim ownership of user prompts or generated sticker assets.
- Users remain responsible for ensuring that inputs and outputs comply with law, third-party rights and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Mac app and local library
- The Mac app copies imported files into a library stored for the current macOS user. Signing out or changing MewSticker accounts does not delete that local library.
- Local projects, layouts, fonts and exports stay on the Mac unless the user explicitly sends material to an online feature. MewSticker does not upload local file names or paths for analytics.
- Mac generation results are visible only to the originating app installation. Unclaimed reference images, prompts and results are deleted after 24 hours; a claimed result image is deleted from the generation service immediately after acknowledgement.
Analytics and diagnostics
- The Mac app can send a limited set of events to MewSticker's self-hosted Umami service: app version, launch, generation outcome, purchase outcome and an anonymous crash category.
- Mac analytics uses a single-session identifier rather than a persistent installation identifier and can be disabled in Settings. Images, prompts, file names, paths, API keys, raw crash stacks and minidumps are not collected by this analytics channel.
Sharing, retention and deletion
- Data is shared with service providers only as needed for hosting, authentication, billing, email, analytics, support, AI processing, security and legal compliance.
- Billing, tax, fraud and security records may be retained when required by law or payment-provider duties. Browser- and Mac-local creative work remains on the device unless a cloud feature explicitly stores it.
- For privacy, account or deletion requests, contact ryanleochens@gmail.com. Some records may remain for legal, tax, chargeback, security or fraud-prevention reasons.
